About Your Order
How do I place an order?
Purchasing on global.markeys-online.jp is easy and safe. The steps are as follows:
Step 1: Select the item you want.
Step 2: Add the selected item to your cart.
* Please note that inventory is not secured at this point. The items will be secured once your order is completed.
Step 3: Proceed to checkout.
* When you are ready to order the items in your cart, proceed to checkout.
Step 4: Enter shipping information.
* You can select a shipping address from your registered member information.
* If you wish to ship to an address other than your registered information, please enter it directly and continue.
Step 5: Select the shipping method.
* Please select UPS.
Step 6: Enter your credit card details.
Step 7: Order completed.
* Once payment is completed, a completion screen will be displayed.
* Please check if an order confirmation email has been sent to your registered email address.
I haven't received the order confirmation email.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the following items yourself once again:
- There is an error in the registered email address.
- There is no available space in your inbox.
- It has been automatically sorted into the spam folder.
Please set your domain settings to receive emails from our shop email address [info@global.markeys-online.jp].

What currency are prices displayed in?
When you select the destination country, prices will be displayed and charged in the local currency. Payment will be made in the currency displayed at checkout.
About Member Registration and Login
Do I need to register as a member?
Member registration is not required to purchase items on our online store.
You can check your order history by logging in with the verification code sent to the email address you entered when ordering.

Member registration is not required at the MARKEY'S GLOBAL STORE.
Go to the login screen from the "Account" icon at the top of the screen, and enter your email address to receive a verification code.
By entering the verification code, you can log in, check your order history, and manage your customer information.

How do I Sign Out?
After logging into your account page, you will find "Sign Out" under "Profile". Tap it to log out.
I want to change my email address.
After logging into your account page, you can change your registered information from your "Profile".
I want to delete my account.
You cannot delete your account directly from the website.
Please contact us via the inquiry form stating that you wish to withdraw.
Upon withdrawal, all your information will be deleted to protect personal information.
Please note that previous registration details cannot be restored after withdrawal.

Payment is confirmed at the same time the purchase is completed.

Normally, we ship within 1 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed.
