Refund policy
In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
However, if the product has an initial defect, damage, incorrect delivery, or other deficiencies due to our responsibility, we will accept returns or exchanges in accordance with our prescribed conditions. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges at physical stores.
We only accept products purchased at MARKEY'S GLOBAL STORE.
Furthermore, returns or exchanges for products purchased at physical stores cannot be accepted at MARKEY'S GLOBAL STORE.
Conditions for Returns
Returns will be accepted only for products that meet the following conditions:
・The product was purchased at MARKEY'S GLOBAL STORE (https://global.markeys-online.jp).
・The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
・The product is unused and unworn.
・The product must have its tags attached and be in its original packaging.
・Only applicable when the receipt or proof of purchase at the time of purchase can be presented.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for customer convenience.
Please return the item once and place a new order.
Refunds
